TERMS OF SERVICEGENERAL
• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
• I retain all rights to my artwork. You may not claim my art as your own work.
• Commissions are for personal use only. You do not have rights for any form of commercial use of my artwork unless discussed and agreed upon prior to payment.
• Using my artwork for AI training is strictly forbidden.
• I will update you on the progress of your commission.
• Please provide image reference(s) for original characters, specific outfits/accessories, etc. Whatever you can provide will help a lot for me to illustrate exactly what you want!
• Unless specifically asked for otherwise, I will post your commission on my social media. I may use commissions as example references in future commissions sheets.PAYMENT
• All pricing is in USD.
• Full payment through Ko-fi upfront.
• Prices listed as base rates. If a character design is particularly complex I may charge up to +50% of the base price. Final prices are not negotiable.
• Additional characters will be added at the same base price.
• No refunds after I send the sketch through.REVISIONS
• You may ask for a couple of revisions during the sketching phase.
• If commissioning full-color art, minor alterations may be allowed on flat colors before further rendering.DELIVERY
• Allow for a minimum of 4 weeks for turnaround time. This is to allow for things like revisions, complexity, etc., as well as potentially any unpredictable situations. BUT I will endeavor to deliver your commissions sooner rather than later.
• Turnaround time will behind when the sketch is approved.
• Finished commissions will be uploaded to a Google Drive and the link will be sent to your e-mail.I WILL DRAW
